Please join Mayor Buddy Dyer and me in celebrating and welcoming Val Demings as the 36th Police Chief for the Orlando Police Department at a District 3 Open House on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 from 7p.m. - 8p.m. at the College Park Community Center, 2393 Elizabeth Avenue.
We expect a crowd, so please plan your schedule accoridingly.
If you can't make it to College Park, feel free to attend one of the other open houses taking place throughout Orlando during the next few weeks.
